With this app, managing your Q Card is easy and convenient, allowing you to keep track of your account details, credit limit, available credit, payments due, and due dates anytime, anywhere. You can also view all your active plans in one list and see transactions against each plan.
In terms of security, Q Card Mobile App ensures your personal details are safe and protected by high-grade encryption. Your online registration and each session are authenticated against secure backend information. The app will automatically lock if you repeatedly try and log in with the wrong password and will time-out if left running for too long with no activity.
To use the Q Card Mobile App, simply log in with your Q Card web self-service details. If you're not registered for Q Card web self-service, you can register for the app when you download it by clicking on 'Can't login?'.
However, it's important to note that this service is only available for active New Zealand Q Card customers, and the app will only operate on IOS7 or above. An internet connection is required to use the Q Card Mobile App, and normal data charges apply. Additionally, downloading of this app is subject to the Q Card terms and conditions.
